“Mindfulness is the awareness that comes from paying attention, on purpose, to the present moment, non-judgmentally.”
Mindfulness involves the acknowledgement that we are facing challenging and uncertain circumstances. We may not be able to control what is going on in the world around us, but we can control what goes on in our minds and bodies. Join Mackenzie Fraser and Lynn Leke Epse Tajoacha from YWCA to learn how to be more mindful in your daily life.
